How to place my order?

1a. Place an order

  • Click the product you would like to purchase at product page.
  • Select variant.

1st  payment option (PayPal)

  • Click “Buy with PayPal”
  • Follow the requirement step by PayPal.

 

2nd payment option ( Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, AMEX & PayPal)

  • Click “More payment option”
  • Fill up requirement information.
  • Click “Continue To Shipping”
  • Your contact information and shipping address will appear at shipping method page.

      (Note : Confirm your contact information and shipping address before you select the shipping method.)

  • Select your preferred shipping option.
  • Click “Continue to payment”
  • Fill up requirement information.

      (Note : If you wish to pay by using PayPal payment option, please select the “PayPal” icon.)

  • Select your Billing address.
  • Click “Pay now”.

     (Note : If you select pay by using PayPal payment option, you may follow PayPal instruction.)

 1b. Check out item at your cart

  • Click “Add to cart” icon to add your preferred item in your cart.
  • Click on “Shopping bag” icon at the top right of the page.
  • Click the “Check out” icon to place order. Fill up requirement information.
  • Click “Continue To Shipping”
  • Your contact information and shipping address will appear at shipping method page.

     (Note : Confirm your contact information and shipping address before you select the shipping method.)

  • Select your preferred shipping option.
  • Click “Continue to payment”
  • Fill up requirement information.

      (Note : If you wish to pay by using PayPal payment option, please select the “PayPal” icon.)

Do GTL provide free shipping?

GTL will provide free shipping for selected item. Free shipping will appear on the shipping checkout page.

How to check my shipping cost and duration?

  • Completed your check out information page.
  • Click “Continue To Shipping”
  • Your contact information and shipping address will appear at shipping method page.

      (Note : Confirm your contact information and shipping address before you select the shipping method.)

  • Select your preferred shipping option.

Can customer from Brazil country place order with GTL without provided CPF/CNPJ/TIN number ?

Customers from Brazil country required to add the correct CPF/CNPJ/TIN number when entering shipping address for customs clearance purpose. If the customer does not provide the CPF/CNPJ/TIN number, the order will be suspended. The order will be processed after we receive the customer's CPF/CNPJ/TIN number, and the estimated processing time of the order will be calculated from the date we receive the customer's CPF/CNPJ/TIN number.

How long it takes to process an order?

Estimated processing time for an order is 1~4 business days.

How to contact GTL if I have question with my order or purchase?

You may visit GTL help center and leave your message. GTL customer support team will reply your message after your message has been received and your question will be answered by email soon.

What happen if I wrongly input my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in 6 hrs upon confirmation of order, the system will be unable to change the shipping address after 6hrs upon confirmation of order.

( Note : To change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team at help center. Additional charges may apply if you change your address from your original country to another country.)

Can I cancel my order, after received order confirmation?

You can cancel your order in 1hrs upon confirmation of order, the system will be unable to cancel the order after 1hrs upon confirmation of order.

How to track and trace my order?

  • You may track your order and shipping status at “Track Order”
  • Fill up your Tracking Number or fill up your Order Number and Email.
  • Click “TRACK” icon.

What should I do if I received wrong item deliver by GTL?

You may inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Once the request return and refund was approve. You’ll be automatically refunded within 30 business days.

Does GTL offer worldwide shipping?

GTL ships to most countries around the world. However, there are a few exceptions where shipping is not available. 

What is the payment option can I use on GTL?

GTL accept payment by Visa & Master credit card. We also accept PayPal (credit / debit card), Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB, Discover, Diners Club GTL Wallet and others.

i ) Click 'Log in' icon at GTL menu

How to place an order for customized products?

  1. i) Select a mockup of product to customize in the GTL POD category.
    ii) Select the "Customer Design" button on the product page to make your own design.
    Note: Customer should ensure the request that you submit does not infringe the legal rights of any party. (Learn more about POD Policy)
    iii) From the POD design template, you can design by yourself for upload your own design pictures or add your own colours according to your needs.
    iv) After the product design is completed, you need to add the design to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
    v) Select variants that you would like to purchase and click the 'Confirm' button. ( Your product will summiting to your cart)
    vi) Click the "Go to Cart" button to Checkout.
    vii) Click "Checkout" and proceed to complete your information page.
    viii)Click ' Continue To Shipping ' once you are done filling out your information
